To apply for a loan you must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and able to provide a valid government-issued ID, an active bank account, and proof of income.

Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Checking your rate uses a soft credit inquiry; accepting a formal loan offer may result in a hard credit inquiry, which we'll always disclose beforehand.

Rates & Fees

Your specific APR, term, and any origination fee will be disclosed in your loan agreement prior to signing. Rates shown elsewhere on this site are illustrative ranges, not guaranteed offers.

Repayment

Loan repayment terms, due dates, and accepted payment methods are set out in your individual loan agreement. There is no penalty for early repayment.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to submit false information, attempt to defraud Best Financials LLC or any third party, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Financials LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your loan agreement will be handled as described in your individual loan agreement, which may include arbitration provisions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Best Financials LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
